Welcome to Hify.pk. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Hify.pk website, products, services, and order facilities. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
You must use Hify.pk only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, distribute harmful code, or use the website in a way that may damage Hify.pk or another person.
Account and Customer Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You are also responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Product Information
Hify.pk aims to present accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours, materials, photographs, and availability. Screen settings, photography, lighting, handcrafted production, and natural materials may cause minor differences between the displayed product and the delivered product.
Measurements and specifications may contain reasonable manufacturing tolerances, particularly for furniture and handcrafted products.
Prices and Availability
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices, promotions, stock, delivery charges, and availability may change without prior notice. A technical or typographical error does not create an obligation to supply a product at an incorrect price.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after Hify.pk confirms it for processing. Hify.pk may refuse or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing errors, incomplete information, unsuccessful payment verification, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Payments
Customers must use an available payment method displayed during checkout. Payment information must be accurate and the customer must be authorized to use the selected method. Orders may remain unconfirmed until required payment verification is complete.
Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may require advance payment. Once manufacturing begins, such orders may not be cancelled, changed, or returned except where Hify.pk confirms a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect specification.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to product availability, manufacturing time, destination, weather, transport conditions, public holidays, security restrictions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
The customer must ensure that the delivery address, access route, doorway, staircase, lift, and installation area can safely accommodate the ordered product. Additional labour or redelivery costs caused by restricted access or incorrect delivery information may be charged to the customer.
Inspection at Delivery
The customer or authorized recipient should inspect the packaging and product at delivery. Visible damage, missing components, or an incorrect product should be recorded immediately and reported according to the Refund & Return Policy.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damage claims, and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Return Policy published on Hify.pk.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, text, product presentation, photographs, graphics, icons, designs, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Hify.pk. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
Third-Party Services
Hify.pk may use payment providers, logistics companies, technology providers, or external links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Hify.pk is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside its control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hify.pk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delay, third-party service failure, misuse of a product, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to remain responsible for loss or claims resulting from unlawful website use, violation of these terms, infringement of another party rights, or false information submitted by you.
Changes to These Terms
Hify.pk may revise these Terms & Conditions when business, service, security, or legal requirements change. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of Hify.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
